Hi all, is anyone using etax this year?

I had some bad experiences last year so I'm not sure I'll be using it again this year...

Yep...jsut submitted mine this morning.  easy as....never had an issue with it.  AND most of the pre-fill worked...had to fill out a couple of things myself, but a majority of it was all done for me.

I've only got Mac's at home and it wont run on those Sad

I get an accountant to do mine anyway, I've got my own business stuff to sort out and its easier just to get them to do it, can claim back the cost of getting it done next year too.

I will be using etax... My tax is dead simple and I am not going to pay someone to do it for me Tongue
Never had an issue with it, except for last year when I had to pay tax. But that wasn't the programs fault hehe

You can claim it as a tax deduction.  not get that $$$ amount back on your next years tax return.  For someone like yourself with business stuff to do I can see it might be beneficial for an accountant, but for me, I would have to see me getting more than the cost of the accountant back if i went to him, otherwise i might as well just gdo it myself at home. About a grand back this year... Not bad, not awesome but I am not going to complain. Just need it to go into my account now!
Etax made it pretty easy to be honest, auto-loaded alot of the stuff.
