You can even use fluid dynamics to assess wind behaviour over topography for wind farm assessments.....

haha, i wish i did work for a oil company...then i can have unlimited BP ultimate for my fez. Nah, i'm a research student. Using it to look at dry powder inhaler design (those things people use for asthma).

It would be interesting if i could use it to analyse....say...a cosworth plenum  Tongue but i think thats way beyond my skill level at the moment

Where abouts are you working? My mates brother is an apprentice fitter down at a power station in Morwell or Moe or somewhere around there.

Well, I work in the largest credit union in the country, they sit me behind a desk. Do a vast amount of stuff (term deposits, insurance etc etc), but also do personal loans for people. Getting into mortgages as well, so that will keep me busy. Nothing hugely exciting! Tongue
